Inna Dubinsky is Business Development and Training Project Manager, the U.S. Agency for Global Media in Washington, DC. She oversees media development and journalism training projects. Inna has done extensive media training and public speaking in the United States and abroad. Her international portfolio includes launching dozens of partnership media programs with the U.S. and international organizations, and building capacity of journalists in more than 50 countries in Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia, Middle East and East Asia.
A former broadcaster in the Voice of America Russian Service, Inna was the anchor of the popular daily radio call-in show TALK TO AMERICA. She played a key role in reorganization of the Russian Service as VOA transitioned from radio to a multimedia broadcaster, serving as a host of the television news program WINDOW TO AMERICA, mobile journalist and Russian Service multimedia senior editor covering international news, and interviewing high level U.S. and foreign officials.
With an advanced degree in Foreign Language Communication from the USSR Academy of Pedagogical Science in Moscow, Russia, Inna is the author and co-author of four books on Foreign Language Training and Learning Styles.
